COGNITIVE EVALUATIONS
Curious if your cognitive skills are strong? Are age appropriate? Are safe enough to pass the Neurologist's test to take away your car keys? If you are curious, take the 60 minute evaluation that helps determine your cognitive skill level. It is also a tool to monitor your abilities as the years progress. This eval is one-on-one, confidential and is guaranteed to make you laugh out loud at least once! You may request to have a copy forwarded to your medical doctor.

If you are ready commit to the challenge of a food rotation diet to help pinpoint the trigger(s) for your unwanted symptoms such as, random hives, brain fog, stomach issues, sleep issues, anxiety, irritability, itchy skin, etc. A comprehensive Food Sensitivity test will give the best guidance for identifying foods that cause significant inflammation.
